TRUMP DERANGEMENT SYNDROME ALMOST STOPPED THE APPOINTMENT OF SUPREME COURT JUSTICE BRETT KAVANAUGH. In July 2018 President Trump chose Brett Kavanaugh, a judge from
the U.S. Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit — often thought of as
the second-most-powerful court in the country — to replace Justice
Anthony Kennedy on the Supreme Court. Kavanaugh had written almost 300 opinions for the D.C. Circuit in 12
years — and he was only 53, which meant he could serve on the high court
for a very long time. (See source 1). Mentally ill democrats, traumatized by Trump's election in 2016, went off the deep end and tried everything to invalidate President Trump's choice. Brett Kavanaugh, a family man with two lovely children, was attacked by democrats as a rapist. Three leftist democratic women accused Brett Kavanaugh of everything from sexual assault to being a gang rapist. These "women came forward mostly at the 11th hour and claimed Kavanaugh had committed sexual misconduct against them. Kavanaugh vehemently and consistently denied all those charges. He
and his family suffered enormously as he battled to clear his good name
and appeared in front of the Senate Judiciary Committee during televised
hearings to defend himself. The most prominent among the Kavanaugh accusers was Dr. Christine Blasey Ford, a California psychologist,
who claimed that years ago when both she and Kavanaugh were teens in
the Washington, D.C. area, he threw her onto a bed at a house party in
Maryland and tried to take off her clothes. She claimed another individual was also in the room at the time and witnessed the whole thing. Kavanaugh said no such thing ever happened — and the man she claimed was present, Mark Judge, also said it didn’t happen, claimed
Kavanaugh raped her years ago but later admitted she had never met him and her
accusations “were part of a ploy to take down Kavanaugh’s nomination.” Judy Munro-Leighton was identified as a
left-wing activist said to be “decades older” than Kavanaugh. Another woman "Julie Swetnick, ... went public ... with her accusations against Brett
Kavanaugh" saying she knew Kavanaugh had been involved in gang rapes and giving drugs to girls at these gang rapes. Again, democrats wanted to suspend all their disbelief of this wild story. POLITICAL SWAMPERS MOURN McCAIN'S DEATH. There was a surreal atmosphere at the memorials held for Senator John McCain. McCain planned the pomp and ceremonies to commemorate his death with all his Washington friends, friends who yearned for the good old days, before the Washington D.C. swamp was exposed. John McCain’s daughter and two former presidents led a public rebuke of President Donald Trump’s greater America at the late senator’s memorial service Saturday, 9/1/2018, in a call for a return to civility among the nation’s leaders of the swamp. The Washington DC swamp dwellers at the funeral applauded enthusiastically every time anyone spoke glowingly of the old days, when politicians accepted each others efforts to make themselves and their donors rich. When "bipartisan" civility existed politicians could make themselves rich and never fear other politicians would expose them. Hillary Clinton and Bill Clinton could make a fortune selling U.S. uranium to Russia (Note 1). No politician would want to know why President Obama went to Occidental college under the name Barry Soetro (Note 2). In the cordial "who-cares-how-you-make-a-buck" in the "bipartisan" civility of Washington, few ever mentioned John McCain's disgraceful abuse of power in meeting with the regulators to help his rich donor, Charles Keating, avoid charges of fraud (Note 3).
