Nevada must close its borders to visitors from California and New York. California & New York, unlike Nevada, have a large number of deaths caused by the importation of the coronavirus that originated in China (COVID19). No state can unilaterally impeded interstate commerce, but all states have police powers that can be used to protect it's citizens.
