     Despite requirements under the "Honest Leadership and Open Government Act of 2007" that members of Congress identify the earmarks they request in spending bills, far too many lawmakers continue to try to circumvent the rules and throw up roadblocks to prevent me from discovering how you are spending my hard-earned tax dollars.

   Since 1991, Congress has inserted more than 100,000 pork-barrel projects into appropriations bills, at a cost to taxpayers of $290 billion. It is no coincidence that the proliferation of earmarks has corresponded with the debasement of the federal budgetary process and Americans' growing mistrust of their elected leaders in Washington.

   To demonstrate that you are truly committed to reducing the mountain of debt that has been heaped on our children and grandchildren and to restoring public confidence in our government, I call on you to forego any pork-barrel earmarks and sign the Council for Citizens Against Government Waste's "No Pork Pledge" today!

Stop Big Government spending - No Continuing Resolution
   I want no more continuing budget resolutions.  It's time for a government slowdown in spending.
   Continuing budget resolutions allow big government politicians and bureaucrats to keep spending money they do not have - while charging it off to me and future taxpayers.
   Don't think of telling me our government will shutdown without a continuing resolution. Government spending will only slowdown if you refuse to allow the government to keep on spending what it does not have. 
   The claim of a government shutdown sounds ominous, but it's a lie. It is a little like saying your family will shut down if it cuts up overdue credit cards. Limiting your ability to spend more than you have does not mean your family is going to starve to death while living on the streets. If you cut up your credit cards you WILL need to cut out spending some money. It's unlikely you will cut out the things you need to survive. 
   The Obama Administration is not going to cut off spending for people's survival. The government takes in enough money to continue spending for things like the military, social security, our debt obligations on past loans and medicare. Of course, to get a continuing spending resolution the lying politicians will threaten all kinds of dire consequences - but they cannot stop (and will not need to stop) spending on critical programs. Don't join the big spending liars.
   The government takes in taxes and other revenues every day of the year. It will still be able to spend this money on critical programs. Even if the Obama Administration and political big spenders decide to squander it on more foolish spending plans, the government will still be in business. 
Despite the truth, I expect lying socialist democrats, big spending statist politicians in both parties and the lame stream media to start warning that Social Security and Medicare are in danger, and we must have an unlimited credit card during wartimes or the military won't be supported or paid. These lying statists want to frighten us into believing that cutting up Big Government's credit card means the nation has no more money for critical needs - that's just not true.

Big Spending Politicians Make Deal? Secret spending negotiations create miniscule spending cuts -

   George Stephanopoulos claims sources told him that big spending politicians on Capitol Hill have tentatively agreed on a laughable deal that would involve a miniscule $33 billion in spending cuts from this year’s budget.  The $33 billion represents .003% of our current debt (3 one thousandths of 1%)   Even this miniscule cut is $23 billion dollars more than Socialist Democrats have previously agreed to in short-term continuing resolutions, and still $28 billion less than Republicans previously passed in the House.

Members of the House Appropriations Committee will begin discussing how to hit that number with their Senate counterparts as soon as tonight, and Vice President Biden is heading to Capitol Hill for a 6pm meeting with the Senate Democratic leadership.

The deal could still fall apart over the composition of the cuts, or policy “riders” previously passed by the House. These include issues like de-funding Planned Parenthood and President Obama’s health care legislation.  It’s also not clear that this compromise will fly with rank-and-file House Republicans, who are still supporting the promises they made to the voters.  This means that the $33 billion goal could still climb by a few billion, if the big spending politicians are lucky.  It could also mean there may be no continuing budget resolution and the government could only spend what it has - not what it does not have.

Schumer, briefly revealed his true face of hate and deceit Tuesday.  Reporters  listened to him instruct fellow Democrats in how to paint Republicans and House Speaker John Boehner as extremist Tea Party zealots in the budget debates.
“I always use the word extreme,” Schumer told his fellow Democrat socialists. “That is what the caucus instructed me to use this week.”

In the hospital the relatives gathered in the waiting room, where a family member lay gravely ill. Finally, the doctor came in looking tired and somber. 

"I'm afraid I'm the bearer of bad news, he said as he surveyed the worried faces. The only hope left for your loved one at this time is a brain transplant.  It's an experimental procedure, very risky, but it is the only hope. Insurance will cover the procedure, but you will have to pay for the BRAIN."

The family members sat silent as they absorbed the news. After a time, someone asked, 'How much will a brain cost?'

The doctor quickly responded, "$5,000 for a Democrat's brain; $200 for a Republican's brain."

The moment turned awkward. Some of the Democrats actually had to 'try' to not smile, avoiding eye contact with the Republicans. A man unable to control his curiosity, finally blurted out the question everyone wanted to ask, "Why is the Democrats brain so much more than a Republicans brain?"

The doctor smiled at the childish innocence and explained to the entire group, "It's just standard pricing procedure. We have to price the Republicans brains a lot lower because they've been used."
