Are Seals Being Set Up As Murderers?

   The Obama Administration has prosecuted Navy Seals in the past.  They now seem to be setting up the Navy Seals in case Obama needs a scape goat for his order to kill.  Holder's latest twist is that the Seals were acting in self defense - not acting to carry out Obama's kill order.  In this way, if evidence shows UBL was unarmed - and hilling to surrender - the Obama Administration can blame it all on the "terrorist" Navy Seals.

   Osama deserved to die - or to be kept alive until he told everything we wanted to know.  But, this does not change the basic issue.
   Is Obama a War Criminal?  Did Obama commit murder??
   Obama order the Seals to kill - not capture - Osama.  Osama was in a foreign nation when he was killed.  Obama was unarmed when he was killed.  Osma was not in uniform, nor was he on the battle field.  Osama was the leader of a foreign force of Muslim barbarians.
   While we can all rejoice in Osama's death, we also need to ask ourselves this - is the president of the USA a murder?
    I like the use of the term "execution" rather than "murder."  But, executions come about (in the USA) after a person is tried and found guilty.  The Obama murder could be called an assassination - but the basic question remains.  Is Obama a War Criminal?  Did Obama commit murder?? 
   Bush never set anyone out to purposely kill a foreign leader in a foreign country.  Obama has done this.  I believe another Democratic President did the same thing.  Liberals have difficulty distinguishing between being happy about the results of Obama's action - while still questioning if Obama committed murder.  This is further proof that many Obama supporters are not interested in the law, but only the goal.
